The Cerno Fons Floor Lamp references fundamental engineering techniques and morphs them into a warm and inviting light fixture. A long-reaching cantilever arm resembling those used in bridge construction exposes the structural elements; natural walnut supports the aluminum arm with a pitched tension cable clearly holding the whole structure together.
