The Polar LED Chandelier from kdln leverages angular elements and modular sub-structures to keep a focus on pure geometry, able to transform any space with its commanding size and astounding intricacy. Designed by Yonoh Studio, it starts with a long, matte-painted ABS cylinder that suspends from above, extending slim steel arms to the sides, to support drum-shaped ABS shades around LED lights. Each shade is open above and below, delivering a miniature column of light, combining with its neighbors to create an airy, glowing constellation that appears to orbit around the central axis.
