Creator Federico Peri works in context and function with each piece. Peri foes for a clean yet strong silhouette that’s subtly recognizable. Here, the traditional pointed hat takes on the function of the shade, one wrapped in a rich fabric. A metal disc tops the shade, adding a sharp modern accent. The flaring shade enriches the LED light by sweeping it out of its wide openings. This light casts below as a soft pool.
