The Kelan Semi-Flushmount from AH by Alexa Hampton is tasteful transitional design starts with a stepped disc canopy that transmits three fine chains out to a metal bowl shade with a pattern of overlaid leaves that sweeps around strong lamping held inside. The small gaps between the swirling leaf shapes allow sparkles of direct light to travel outwards, while the shade’s open top allows the light to burnish the metal fittings and the fixture’s mounting surface with reflected uplight.
