Inspired by the look of Japanese temples, the Tempio LED Table Lamp by Artemide exudes a serenity that is welcomed on work surfaces like office desks. Designed by the Swiss trio Atelier Oï, this piece was designed to evoke the calm philosophy, colors, and portico forms found in Japanese culture and architecture. Crafted from aluminum, a curved “roof” sits atop a u-shaped bar, acting as the shade for an integrated LED lamping that rests inside. A rectangular base supports the fixture, rounding out the temple silhouette.
Since 1959, Artemide has created a wide array of modern table lamps, floor lamps, wall sconces and suspensions.
