The Keel LED Floor Lamp takes its design inspiration from ship construction to maintain strength and rigidity despite its improbably slim and tall proportions. It uses a Metal keel-style bar frame to do so. The solid bar intersects the Optical Acrylic frame for maximum strength and support, with a round weighted base for balance. The long shade transforms the light of the energy efficient LEDs within into a broad and even wash of light all around the lamp.
